About Be Well and Brittney Butler
Whether we have an online session or meet in the office, therapy can help you heal and grow.
Hi, I’m Brittney Butler, a licensed graduate social worker with experience working in schools and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community.
My clients call on me when they’re dealing with depression and anxiety. Parents are most likely to reach out when they see changes in their child’s mood or behavior and when the entire family begins to struggle because one person is really hurting.
Depending on your needs, your course of treatment might include a combination of techniques like mind-body practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, social-emotional learning, and art therapy.
In my sessions with either children or with adults, I am dedicated to creating an environment where people feel empowered to make real, lasting changes in life.
