Daring Way Groups™

A life well lived is founded in authenticity.

We all stumble and we all fall. Whether it is a missed meeting at work, a bad grade on a test or a divorce. No matter how big or small these stumbles are they can leave us feeling like we are “not enough.” The inner critic and negative story lines get stuck. You can probably think of at least a dozen stories of how you have struggled, how you feel you aren’t measuring up.

What if you could rewrite your story of “not enough”?

There are two curriculums covered by The Daring Way™. Both are based on Brené Brown’s books; Daring Greatly and Rising Strong.

Daring Greatly

Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Rising Strong

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

These groups will give you a safe space to work through these feelings of not-enough. It will be limited to a small group and during this time you will learn your own patterns of negative story telling, hear from others about how they have struggled, and learn together how to get back up from the stumble, more resilient and stronger than before.

We are currently half way through our Fall group. Please send a note via our contact form letting us know you are interested and we will contact you when groups start again after the New Year. We will be offering both weekend intensives as well as 8 week ongoing groups.
