About The Daring Way™

What is holding you back from being your truest self? What keeps you from living from your whole heart and feeling at home in your life?

Wait. You don’t have to answer those questions right this minute.

There are probably a dozen stories you could think of right away. They would only just barely begin to scratch the surface of why you often feel like you can’t be yourself a lot of the time.

Instead, take a moment to simply acknowledge that, way too often, you struggle with feeling like you’re “enough.” Enough as a mom, as a wife, as a daughter, as a friend, as member of your workplace or community.

These days, women are struggling with feelings of “not enoughness” in nearly every corner of life.

What if you could rewrite your story of “not enough”? What if you could be YOU and be truly comfortable with that?

There’s no quick fix to get past these feelings, but there are things you can do to make positive changes that help you transform the way you think, act, and feel.

The Daring Way was developed by world renowned psychological researcher Dr. Brené Brown. Brené’s work with vulnerability and resilience has truly changed the world in the last decade and has shape the way millions of people live, love, parent, and lead.

We’re now forming Daring Way groups at Be Well Better Counseling. This is your chance to gather with other women who understand the struggles with anxiety, stress, shame, and self-trust that often feel too hard to talk about.

Every session is facilitated by certified counselor Colleen Kradel and offers you the space and permission to get curious about your emotions, your story, and everything that holds you back from living a wholehearted life.

This is your chance to rewrite the next chapter of your life story.

Here’s how Brené describes the progression of her work:

  • The Gifts of Imperfection – Be you.
  • Daring Greatly – Be all in.
  • Rising Strong – Fall. Get up. Try again.
